He was born on February 26, 1963, in Arroyo Grande, California. Scott attended Pine Tree High School and owned and operated Eubanks Air LLC.
He is survived by his son, Jace Eubanks and wife, Samantha; daughters, Kenzi Eubanks and Tabitha Bell; father, Delson Eubanks; mother, Betty Laing; sisters, Teresa Gibbons and Cathy Strom; uncle, Wayne Eubanks; aunt, Joyce Nelson; grandchildren, Elijah Eubanks and Easton Eubanks; and his dog, Piper.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Horn Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior.

My late Husband and I thought the world of him . We was so blessed to have known him , His children and my grandchildren grew up together .
