Sally Hall York, 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Sally was born on February 29, 1940, to Clyde R. Hall and Betty Clay Hall. She attended Texas High School in Texarkana and worked for many years at Red River Army Depot before retiring from Longhorn Ammunition.

She enjoyed collecting antiques and was a faithful member of Hepsibah Baptist Church in Winnsboro. Prior to that, she was a member of First Baptist Church in Cason.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas York Jr.; her parents, Clyde R. Hall and Betty Clay Hall; her sister, Ginger Hall Wade; and her special friend, David Stephens.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Suzanne Craig and husband, Brian, of Omaha; her son, Thomas Franklin York III of Cason; and her granddaughters, Kelly Kendrick of Omaha, Tiffany Pospisill and husband, Kyle, along with special friend, Bobby Collins of Pittsburg.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Chambers Hospice and the staff of Heritage Park Assisted Living in Mount Pleasant for the compassionate care shown to Sally.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Ringwood Cemetery in New Boston with Bro. Scott Darby officiating.
