I have never in life encountered such nice people like Jason and his entire family. They took care of all my needs and from the bottom of my heart and to this day I thank them for the warmth and comfort that they extended out to me. Throughout my life, my parents had delt with another funeral home but never have I seen so much love that got extended out to my family. I felt at peace letting them handle my son Jonvil Frazier's funeral. Words really cannot express the gratitude that I feel but I can testify that Horn-Nail-Haggard is the best Funeral Home and nobody will be disappointed in their services.

When my mom passed away they were there for all our needs for her memorial service. Anything or anytime I needed help or needed something they were quick to accommodate. They even gave a memorial gift to each family that used their service this year (before Christmas). I highly recommend them, the whole family and staff is so nice. Tami and Walter White

Words cannot truly express the gratitude we would like to convey to the entire Horn family with special thanks to Jason Horn. We were not prepared for the death of my step father, especially when it came to the funeral process, expenses etc. From the beginning which was approximately 2:00 A.M. Sunday September 17, Jason Horn was there to support, guide and fulfill my Mother's wishes within a very tight budget. For Jason Horn it was not about the money, it was about honoring my step father Roland Day. Jason and the entire Horn family went above and beyond to provide comfort, dignity, elegance, grace and honor. When my Mother passed, we knew we would have some challenges getting her body moved from NY to Daingerfield to be buried next to Dad. We are so thankful for Carson who made every question, every concern, and every issue his top priority. He was so respectful, polite and professional. At an emotional time like this you need someone like Carson tending to the details, and Mom’s service went off without a hitch.
