Born in Longview, Jason spent his early years growing up in Daingerfield. His family moved from Daingerfield in 1987 when his father Harold returned to funeral service after graduating from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. The Horn family returned to Longview in 1992 when Harold accepted a position as funeral director at Rader Funeral Home. Jason was a 1995 graduate of Longview High School and began working for Rader Funeral Home in the summer of 1996. After graduating from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1999, Jason accepted a position as funeral director at Rader Funeral Home in Longview where he worked alongside his dad and brother Jonathan. Jason and his wife Genia purchased the historic former Nail-Haggard Funeral Home in Daingerfield in 2021. Growing up in South Union Missionary Baptist Church, Jason is a member of Mobberly Baptist Church. Jason and Genia have three children, Carson, Colby and Carly. They are excited to be involved with the Daingerfield community and look forward to serving for many years to come. Jason enjoys working on old cars, working with their cows and spending time on the tractor at the farm in Daingerfield.

Carson was born and raised in Longview and was a 2020 graduate of Spring Hill High School. He was 7 year member of the Spring Hill Band where he earned All Region, Area and State Honors as a Trombone Player. He actively attends Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview where he is a member and plays in the worship orchestra and has been a member the East Texas Symphonic Band. He began working with Jason in the funeral service at Horn Professional Mortuary at the age of 15 and joined the staff at Rader Funeral Home in Longview in 2019. Following the footsteps of his granddaddy, dad and uncle- Jonathan, Carson began studying to be the third generation of the Horn family to earn a degree at the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in the fall of 2021. In 2023 he earned an Associate of Applied Sciences in Funeral Service. Carson currently lives in Lone Star. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in the gym, spending time on East Texas lakes on his jet ski, shooting guns and fishing.

Colby was born and raised in Longview and will graduate from Spring Hill High School in 2022. He began working with his dad and brother in the funeral service at Horn Professional Mortuary at the age of 16. He enjoys working out in the gym, working in the yard and spending time with his friends. Colby and his wife Adalie currently live in Liberty City have one puppy named Roscoe. Colby is currently pursuing a career in funeral service with plans to remain in the family business.

Mr. Willie is a long-time Daingerfield resident and is an active member of the Daingerfield Church of Christ. He has a huge heart for service and a great love for our community and its families. Mr. Willie will be a friendly face at the funeral home to open the door for you and greet you for visitations and services.
