He died on February 6, 2017.William was a retired truck driver.Survived by his wife Barbara Hines of Hughes Springs; daughter Pamela Rose Smith of Hughes Springs; son Jerry Wayne Vessels of Hillsboro; sister Christina Hampton of Hughes Springs; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.A memorial service will be held at a later time.
