Memorial Service for Wanda Nell Hartgrove, 71 of Daingerfield will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Bradfield Chapel United Methodist Church in Daingerfield with Bro. Jerry Irvin officiating.Wanda was born on November 4, 1947 in Morris Co. to Earl and Vernie Gillean. She died on Thursday, December 6, 2018. She was retired from Daingerfield Jr. High Cafeteria, she was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith.Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and twin siblings. She is survived by husband Fletcher Hartgrove of Daingerfield; son Shane Hartgrove and wife Stephanie of Daingerfield; brother Glendon Gillean of Daingerfield; grandchildren Keagan Hartgrove of Daingerfield, Morgan and Dillan Derrick of Naples and great grandchild Carter Derrick of Naples.Donations can be made to American Heart Association.Online condolences can be made at Nail-HaggardFH.com

Fletcher I cherish the memories of your friendship with Clyde Shepard. He and I had two boys before his death in 1976. I am now married to Dois Byrd who remembers you as well. Every time I saw Wanda at school or anywhere in town she always had her pleasant smile and sweet personality. I cherish those memories with her. I also cherish the times with you and Wanda when Clyde and I were married. You and your family will continue to be in my prayers. I am so sorry I didn’t know she had been sick. God bless you and the family always.
