Thomas Daniel "Danny" Young, 44, of Daingerfield was born on August 29, 1979 in Tyler to Thomas and Marilyn Young. He passed away suddenly in Longview on Monday, May 6, 2024. Danny was one of the most compassionate people you would ever meet. He was very hard working and loved life. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing and outdoors. For a time he attended Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview. Danny is survived by his daughters, Abby Young of Linden, Jordyn Young of Linden; son, Noah Young of Linden; father, Thomas Young; mother, Marilyn Snyder and husband, Jim of Hughes Springs; brother, Michael Young and wife Sarah of Sydney, Australia; nephew, Zeke Young of Sydney, Australia and niece, Savannah Young of Sydney, Australia. Funeral celebration will be held at 6 PM Friday, May 10, 2024 in the Chapel of Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home of Daingerfield with Pastor Randy Seybert of Church on the Rock of Daingerfield officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of viewing and visitation beginning at 5 PM, Friday prior to the service.

I’m kinda mad at you because we never made it to the lunch you promised me so I guess you better be ready for when I make it to your new home.   10. Danny was an awesome person. I met him in 94 when he was in high school. First time I cut his hair we just clicked. He definitely had a way of leaving an imprint on a person when meeting him. We fell out of touch. Then I’d see him on and off throughout the years. He was such a kind hearted man. He will be missed. RIP sweet Danny.
