Taylor Nicole Evans

Celebration of Life Services for Taylor Nicole Evans, 19, of Daingerfield will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022 in the Daingerfield High School Auditorium with Reverend Charles Wayne Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in Daingerfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home of Daingerfield. Taylor Nicole Evans was born July 27, 2002, to the parents of Ashley Franklin and Luther Larry Evans, Jr., in Dallas, Texas. Taylor was accepted later on in life by Raymon Franklin as his daughter. Taylor attended and received her education at Daingerfield High School. She went on to pursue a career at Northeast Texas Community College as a Registered Nurse. She was maintaining all her courses online. Taylor had a sweet, loving, caring little guy, Drayce Martez Key. A mother and son love they had was to cherish every moment. “Drayce my best friend, I’m so lucky to be your mommy.” Drayce, I believe God sent you into my life to give me something to fight for, to show me there is love in this world to bring me hope and joy, all the proof in God I need is in you, Drayce you are a gift from Heaven. Taylor enjoyed riding horses and attending tailrides. Her favorite saying when the tailride began was “Ride MF Ride”. Her horse name was Stomp. She was a sweet, loving young lady who touched the heart of many throughout her life. Taylor was preceded in death by her Papa Sonny and brother Ke’Aaron Padron. Those left to cherish her loving memories are her parents: Ashley (Raymon) Franklin of Daingerfield, Tx and Luther, Jr. (Tomeiko) Evans of Dallas, Tx; one loving son, Drayce Martez Key of Daingerfield, Tx; seven brothers: Triston Flowers, Kealan Padron, Mason Williams, Tyshyn Grant, Luther L. Evans, III, Savon Williams, Swuan Seigle; four sisters: Jasmine Evans, Arriana Evans, Kaitlyn Evans, Mackenzie Evans; grandparents: Kelli (Robert) Vaughn, Alonso (Yolanda) Padron, Alma Evans Washington (Nene and Papa). Taylor had a host of bonus friends and families she leaves to cherish her memories: a grandmother; Brenda Patterson; best friend: La’Keia Patterson; boyfriend: Auvion Horton; eight bonus sisters: Alize Mitchell, Siarra Johnson, Kenayah Larry, Alexandria Larry, Shunterrica Patterson, Reshundra Wells, Mya Reid, Jayeveona Brown, Dem Lemon Pepper Denim Steppers, eight bonus brothers: Jah’saun Arnett, Trevarious “Woddie” Patterson, TJ Patterson, Ty Patterson, Tawin Patterson, Mike Harrison, Brandon Clark “Brother B”, Bug Patterson and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
