Burial will be in the Daingerfield Cemetery.Shirley was born on December 6, 1956 in Phoenix, AZ to Willie O. and Sarah Collins Dodson. She died on Friday, July 2, 2021.She was preceded in death by her mother Sarah Collins Dodson and husband Arland Swanner.Survived by her father Willie O. (Moody) Dodson of Mt. Pleasant; brother Dan Dodson and wife Mary Ann of Belton; aunt and uncles Jo and Norris Phillips of Daingerfield, Bobby Collins of Gilmer, Frances and Charles Elliott of Marietta; nieces and nephews Kimberly and Jason Belew, Mathew and Veronica Dodson; great nieces and nephews Isaiah Dodson, Isabella Dodson, Joshua Belew and Benjamin Belew; several cousins and other family members.Family will receive friends from 1 till 2 Tuesday at the funeral home.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFH.com
