Mike Roberts officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Shelba was born on May 8, 1936 in Cherokee County, Alabama to James and Leona Dean. She died on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.She was a member of Veal Switch Baptist Church.Shelba was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy, 3 brothers Max, Billy Joe and Fred Dean. Survived by daughters Janet Kay Hampton and husband Wayne of Birmingham, AL; Debra Charlene Mitchell and husband Paul of Dallas; sister Wanda Lee Hammond of Ft.
