She graduated from Daingerfield High School in 1955.June was married to her childhood sweetheart, Richard Woods for 41 years and two sons, Rick and Ron were born of this union. June was a member of Spring Hill First Baptist Church in Longview for 35 years. She was a homemaker for the most part of her married life and took wonderful care of her husband and sons. When the grandchildren came along her home was always a favorite place for each of them to be. June-June, as they called her always made them feel special and loved. A loving nephew, Marty Walker and his daughters Shana Martin and Lauren Walker. There are several very special cousins and family members that June loved very much as well. There will be no formal visitation.

Well Bobbie at last June is out of pain and will have to take no more treatments. Even though you have expected this, it is still so hard to lose a sibling, especially one as close as the two of you were. I was never blessed with a sister but I will be one for you. I love you and Jimmy so much.
