John HendrixDaingerfield- Memorial services for John Hendrix, 66 of Daingerfield/Grand Prairie will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Veal Switch Baptist Church in Hughes Springs with Bro Paul Sweet officiating.John was born October 22, 1947 in Stillwater, Ok. And died August 20, 2014 in Arlington, Tx. He was a member of Matthew Road Baptist Church. John was a highly decorated Staff Sergeant of the U S Army during the Vietnam War era with 8 years of dedicated service.He was preced in death by his wife Kay Hendrix and brother Hal Hendrix.Survivors include his wife Jeanne Hendrix; daughter Ashlea Wilson; sons Brent Hendrix and Dwain Knight; sisters Susan Brown and Peggy Schnell.In lieu of flowers donations may be made at Http://Act.Alz.org/goto/TeamMary Lou
