John Dennis Greene

John Dennis Greene, 57, of Pittsburg, Texas, passed away on August 30, 2026. He was born on June 21, 1969, in Linden, Texas.

John attended Pittsburg High School and worked as a truck driver for most of his life.

John loved his family and especially loved Chastidie and Liam as his own. He also enjoyed researching law on his computer.

John is survived by his wife of 11 years, Rebecca Greene of Pittsburg, Texas; his daughter, Chastidie Cantrell of Lavon, Texas; his son, Scott Sims of Rockwall, Texas; and his grandson, Liam Cantrell.

John will be missed by his family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to Horn Family Funeral Home.
