Joan (Judy) Nix DAINGERFIELD-Memorial services for Joan (Judy) Nix, of Lone Star will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Lilley's Chapel Church of Christ with Norman Miller and Doug Freeman officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Mrs. Nix was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and died December 18, 2010 ather residence in Lone Star. The daughter of Clara and Tom Beechler, Judy liveda full life and traveled widely. Settling in the Lone Star Area shortly after 2001,Judy was active in PEO, the Friends of the Daingerfield Public Library, the BookClub and the Daingerfield Church of Christ study group. Survivors include her husband, Waple Dee Nix of Lone Star; daughter,Donna Michelle Hinshaw of Pana Luma, CA; son, Jerrold Thomas Hinshaw ofSan Rafel, CA; grandson, James Ruane Hinshaw of Chicago, IL.The family asks, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to: The BuildingFund of the Friends of the Daingerfield Public Library, 201 Jefferson St., Dainger-field, Texas 75638.
