Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Jo Ann was born on August 23, 1936 in Meridian, Miss. To Nelson and Margaret Fletcher. She died on Tuesday, July 13, 2021.She was a Baptist and a homemaker.Jo Ann was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Scott, son Robby Scott, brothers William K. "Sonny Man" Fletcher and Wayne Fletcher, son-in-law James Howard.Survived by her sons David Scott and wife Kelley of Mt. Pleasant, Allan Scott and wife Penny of Cookville; brothers Homer Fletcher and wife Judy of Rowlett and Nelson Fletcher and wife Ginger of Franklinton, La, Barbara Fletcher; sister Peggy Howard of Georgetown; grandchildren Krystal Evers, Melissa Hunter, Brittany McDaniel and Kelley Scott; 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 Thursday at the funeral home.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFh.com
