Jerry Dean Lindley

A time of viewing and visitation for Jerry D. Lindley, 65, of Daingerfield will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home in Daingerfield. A private interment will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg. Mr. Lindley was born on January 8, 1958 in Lone Star to Hershel and Eva Lindley. He passed away Friday morning, January 27, 2023 at his residence. Jerry was a heavy equipment operator and worked for Lone Star Steel. He enjoyed many things in life, but what he loved most was his family. He liked to operate his heavy machinery, weld and tinker in his shop where he would often build "wishing wells". He enjoyed mowing and always made sure his yard was manicured. Mr. Lindley was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Casey and a sister, LaDonna Capps. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Patsy Lindley of Daingerfield; children, Misty, Jason, Jessie, Cynthia, Melva and Lucy; numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren; sister, Tina Kimble and a host of nieces and nephews.
