Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at the Nail-Haggard Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Gibbs officiating.James Paul was born September 2, 1934 in Clarksville, Texas to Homer and Mary Foster. He died Sunday, October 5, 2014 in Daingerfield.James Paul was a member of the Church of Christ, retired Inspector for 35 years at Lone Star Steel and was a barber for 21 years in the Daingerfield and Lone Star area.He was preceded in death by his daughter Pauletta Sims.Survived by his wife, Lillian Rae Foster of Daingerfield; sons and daughters-in-law, J.R. and Carmen Foster of Abilene; Randall and Mary Ann Foster of Houston; grandchildren, Johnny Burkett, Lee Ann Dignan, Lindsey Cotton, Kristin Davis, Garnett Hoskins, Rachael Lee, Jonathan Foster and Jacob Foster; great grandchildren, Shauna Burkett, Kelsi Burkett, Page Davis, Emmi Burkett, Ella Davis, Jackson Cotton, Lincoln Cotton and Ariana Davis.Family will receive friends from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
