Doye Wilbanks officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 16, 2014 in Czar Cemetery in Crawford County, Mo.Hazel was born February 8, 1930 in Huzzah, Mo. And died Thursday, September 11, 2014 in Longview.She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a beautician.Hazel was preceded in death by 2 sons, Barry and Dude Kerby.Survived by husband John Kozlowski of Daingerfield; sons and daughters-in-law, Jerel Kerby of Avinger, Jesse and Evelyn Kerby of Dickson, Tn., Vernon and Janet Kerby of Arlington, Tn., John Kozlowski of East Hampton, NY and Linda Kerby of Hernado, Fla.; daughters and sons-in-law, Renee and Al Cote of Warrensburg, Mo. and Aleta and Bill Harper of Daingerfield; sisters, Sarah Kuntz of St. Louis and Betty Schenck of Carlsbad, Ca.; 25 grandchildren and 56 great grandchildren.Family will receive friends from 1:00 till service time Saturday at the church.
