Everett Keith Stephens

Everett "Joe" Keith Stephens was born December 9, 1952, in Willits, California to Everett and Dorothy Bell Stephens. He passed away at his home in Daingerfield on August 8, 2025, at the age of 72. Joe was a US Army Veteran who served his country during the Vietnam War. After completing his duty, he worked for many years as a machinist. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and working on engines in his spare time. He was a hardworking man who took pride in what he did. He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Kimberly Stephens Gilmore; and his brother, Jimmy Stephens. He is survived by his children: Joel Stephens, Jason Stephens, Jaime Stephens Lewis; grandchildren, Brian Lewis, Keelee Stephens, Tristen Stephens, Summer Stephens; brother, Buddy Stephens; and his sister, Debbie Stephens Watson. A Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, August 16, 2025, in the Chapel of Horn Family Funeral Home in Daingerfield.
