Ernestine Fulghum WatersDaingerfield- Funeral services for Ernestine Fulghum Waters, 86 of Daingerfield will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at South Union Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Neeley and Bro Randy Sutton officiating. Burial will be in the Clark Cemetery.Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Ernestine was born August 16, 1927 in Vidalia, Ga. to William Benjamin and Iris Sheppard, She died Tuesday, July 1, 2014 in Tyler.Ernestine was a member of South Union Baptist Church and worked for Fulghum Industrial Tire and Eagle Auto Glass. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, John Fulghum and Hubie Waters, sister Maurine Wilkes and grandson Alex Mattox.Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Mike Mattox of Daingerfield; son and daughter-in-law, Phil and Cindy Fulghum of Daingerfield; step daughter, Cheryl Waters of Idaho; grandchildren, Ashlie Mattox and fiance Brandon Melton of Arlington, Austin Mattox and Andrew Mattox both of Daingerfield.A special thanks to her caregiver, Donnie Washington, RN.Family will receive friends from 5 till 7 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
