Daniel "Dannie" HardinDaingerfield- Daniel "Dannie" Hardin, 86 of Longview, formally of Daingerfield, was born July 24, 1925 in Trees City, La. and died Saturday, May 19, 2012 in Longview.Danniewas a veteran of the US Army Air Force, where he was a pilot. He retired after 32 years from Lone Star Steel as a lab foreman.Survived by his wife, Faye Hardin of Longview; several nieces and nephews.There will be no services. Uncle Dannie, I’ll always remember the summer I spent with you and Aunt Faye. We fed Casey, your horse, carrots and rubbed his nose. We had fun that summer. We always went to Johnny Cace’s Seafood and it was always so special being there with you. I love you and you’ll be missed. Tell Great-Grandaddy his “little monkey” misses him too.
