Graveside services for Clarence Leonard Doggett age 93 of Mt. Pleasant will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Daingerfield Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Clarence was born on April 1, 1927 to Clyde and Evie Lee Doggett. He died on Friday, February 5, 2021.He served in the Army Merchant Marines and was a previous owner of Doggett Auto Parts in Bryan, Texas.He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Laura Marie Doggett and son Michael Doggett.Survived by his granddaughter Michelle Verburgt and husband Jonathan of Selma, North Carolina; grandson Rick Doggett and wife Leslie of Lubbock; great grandsons Alex Lunsford of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Kyle Callahan of Texas City; sister-in-law Mary Carpenter of Naples; nieces Mary Ellen Rayfield and husband J.
