Daingerfield-Funeral services for Christopher Lance King, 29 of Daingerfield will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 1st United Methodist Church of Omaha with John Hooton and Bro. Jay Barnes officiating. Burial will be in Omaha Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Christopher was born on August 26, 1989 in Hampton, VA to Gregory Lance King and Melissa Kay Sheridan. He died on August 12, 2019 Chris was a veteran of the US Navy and worked as a welder for Team Construction. He also attended the Church of Christ in Lebanon, TN.He was preceded in death by his grandfather A. J. Sheridan, uncle Derrick King, and niece Emilee Robinson. Survived by his daughters Laekyn and Austyn and son Cade; mother Melissa Vanginault and husband Ray; father Greg King and wife LeeAnn; brothers Chad King and wife Rhonda, Justin Vanginault; sister Sarah Vanginault, Ashlee Weatherall and husband Josh; grandmother Betty Sheridan, grandfather and grandmother Crimon and Faye King; several aunts, uncles and cousins.Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFH.com
