A celebration of the life of Brenda Gaye Wilson, 74, of Daingerfield will be held at 2 PM Friday, April 29, 2022 at the Church on the Rock in Daingerfield with Pastor Randy Seybert officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 PM at the church. Services are under the direction of Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home of Daingerfield. Mrs. Wilson was born on January 5, 1948 to Marvin and Mildred Livingston. She passed away on April 27, 2022 at her residence. Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker, had a love for photography and enjoyed camping, fishing and her grandchildren. She was a member of Church on the Rock of Daingerfield. A loving, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband of 49 years, Charles Dan Wilson. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Leslie Wilson of Mt. Pleasant, Chris and Laura Wilson of Hughes Springs; grandchildren, Trevor Wilson and Joanna of Omaha, Mallorie Stagg and Daniel of Tyler, Caleb Wilson and Fallon of Hughes Springs, Cassie Lovelace and Rick of Hughes Springs, Allie Gibbs and Dylan of Hughes Springs; great grandchildren, Charlie Lovelace, Hayden Gibbs, Jaxton Lovelace, Lyla Wilson, Maeve Gibbs; sister and brother-in-law, Jeanie Kersey and CP of Hughes Springs; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny Livingston and Carolyn of Daingerfield; and uncle, Kenneth Steed of Daingerfield.

  2. I was so sorry to hear Brenda had passed. It was hard to hear that Dan passed when he did.They where the sweetest, Kindest couple I ever met in my life and had the pleasure of knowing. They both raised the two best children I have had the pleasure of knowing as well.Growing up they treated me like part of the family and everyone they knew was treated that way. There is not enough words to describe how wonderful you all are. God bless this wonderful family because they sure was a blessing to me.
