Funeral services for Bobbie Ann Walker, 86, of Daingerfield will be held at 2 PM Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the Daingerfield Church of Christ with Brother Randy Seybert and Tim Gibbs officiating. Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery under the direction of Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home of Daingerfield. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the funeral home. Mrs. Walker was born on July 15, 1935 to Bobby and Lusta Bell Moore. She passed away on Monday afternoon, February 14, 2022 in a Mt. Pleasant Nursing Facility. Mrs. Walker was a graduate of Daingerfield High School where she was a majorette. She loved shopping and spending time seeing the world by traveling, having taken a number of cruises. She was a long-time member of the Daingerfield Church of Christ where she taught Children's Sunday School. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Mrs. Walker was preceded by her parents; loving husband of 65 years, Jimmy D. Walker; sister, June Woods and brother, Gene Morris. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Marty and Leanna Walker of Daingerfield; grandchildren, Shana Martin and husband Jason of Mt. Pleasant. Lauren Walker of Gilmer; great grandchildren, Kayleigh Martin and Tenley Martin both of Mt. Pleasant and Lia Sage Castiglione of Gilmer.
