Billy Edwards BarnardDaingerfield- Services for Billy Edwards Barnard 86 of Daingerfield will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Cason with Bro. Scott Darby officiating. Burial will be in the Blevins Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Billy was born on February 5, 1931 in Cason to Virgil L. and Nannie Rosa Edwards Barnard. He died on Monday, April 3, 2017 in Daingerfield.Billy was preceded in death by his parents, wife Yvonne Barnard, daughter Paula Barnard Lefler, brother Thomas Barnard and grandparents that raised him Fred E. Edwards, Sr. and wife Eula.He was a member of First Baptist Church in Cason where he was a Deacon, retired from Lone Star Steel and former owner of Daingerfield Flower Shop with his wife Yvonne.Billy was a veteran of the U S Army.Survived by sons and daughters-in-law Ray Barnard and wife Julie of Arlington, Billy W. Barnard and wife Tami of Longview and Phillip (Pooh) Barnard and fiance Tina Stanley of Daingerfield; daughter and sons-in-law Julie Hartgrove and husband Danny of Arlington and Javier Lefler of Ore City; Grandchildren Wade Barnard, Chris Barnard, Grant Cardwell, Mandy Barnard, Terry Barnard, Erica Barnard, Kayla Barnard, Brian Barnard, D. J. Hartgrove, Zac Hartgrove, Hannah Hartgrove and 6 great grandchildren and dear friend Betty Sheridan.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home
