Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with Father Francis O'Dowd officiating.Mrs. Larsen was born on April 7, 1928 in Tucupido, Venezuela to Jose` Anacleto and Maria de Jesus Carpio. She died on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 in Temple, Texas.She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and a homemaker.Mrs. Larsen was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Larsen, son Jackie Larsen, sisters Luisa and Elena, brothers Hector, Jose` Antonio, Paul, Ruben and Efren.Survived by her daughter Laura Grainger Roasa of Temple; son Miguel Larsen of Daingerfield; sister Maria Abohasen of Managua, Nicaragua; brothers Emilio Carpio of Valle de la Pascua, Vla. and Louis Carpio of Cumana`, Vla; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
