Diann Gail Rudd
January 24, 1943 ~ June 28, 2024
Diann Gail Rudd, 81, of Daingerfield, experienced a beautiful sunset on June 28th, 2024. She was born in San Angelo on January 24th, 1943, to Ray & Frances Larimore. She went to school in San Angelo before moving to Big Spring in the late 50s where she finished high school and graduated in 1960. She was known for her generosity and volunteer work. While volunteering, she found her calling to be in the medical field. She was a part of the red hat society, offered countless hours of volunteer work at hospitals, was an advocate for children and was a member of the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce. She fought hard for what she believed in and never took no for an answer. She was head strong and graceful in her life. While balancing her studies for her position in the medical field, she succeeded in everything she did for her family by maintaining her very active role as a mother. She was always there to support her sons in everything through everything. She was a very vibrant person who was loved by many and never met a stranger. An amazing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Diann was a beautiful person inside and out and loved to help in any way she could. She was preceded in death by her husband John Rudd; son Kevin Rudd; father, Ray Larimore; mother, Frances Larimore and brother Glenn Larimore. She is survived by her son, Mark Rudd (husband Albert Rudd); granddaughter, Brittany Rudd (great-granddaughter Sophia Rudd) and multiple cousins and nieces and nephews.
