Wendy Tidmore, 53, of Lone Star was born on August 21, 1970 in Cortez, CO to Arthur and Terry Archibeque. She passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Wednesday morning June 26, 2024 at her residence. Wendy loved all of her family but especially her grandchildren. She was very passionate and was very thankful to be a member of Lone Star Baptist Church where she served as church secretary. She also loved her time on staff at Lakeview Baptist Encampment. Wendy was loved by many. She was preceded in death by her father. Those left to cherish her many fond memories include her loving husband of almost 36 years, Landon Tidmore of Lone Star; daughters, Corona Hall and husband Daniel of Daingerfield, Sierra Tidmore of Grand Prairie; son, Alexander Tidmore of Lone Star; grandchildren, Fischer Hall and Lucille Hall of Daingerfield; mother, Terry Archibeque; sister, Karen Lanier and Husband Rodger of Hobbs, NM; brothers, Trevor Archibeque of Trinidad, CO, Tristan Archibeque and wife Mariah of Cortez, CO; niece, Breanna Rudder and husband Simon; nephews, Jeremiah Archibeque, Cameron Lanier and wife Hannah; numerous great nieces, nephews and a host of many dear friends. A celebration of Wendy's life will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the Lakeview Baptist Assembly, 240 Camp Cir., Lone Star, Texas 75668. Services have been entrusted to Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home of Daingerfield.
Honoring her requests, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Wendy's honor to: Lakeview Baptist Assembly, 240 Camp Cir., Lone Star, Texas 75668 or Lone Star Baptist Church, 643 N. Wildrose St., Lone Star, Texas 75668.







Wendy was a second mother to us.She loved us just like we were her own.Prayers for this sweet family and we love y’all!

Wendy “Breezy” our beautiful niece, whom we loved dearly. Oh how she will be missed, we will always remember she was our Wonder Women and her favorite year visit to the mountains of Colorado every Fourth of July :flag-us: she’d come to stay with her favorite Aunt (me 😢) and the whole family, we’d camp and spend beautiful memories of the fireworks. Oh how my heart hurts 💔
