Brenda Gayle Lloyd Trejo, age 74, a resident of Lone Star, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at her home. She was born September 29, 1948 in Ashdown, Arkansas. She was raised in De Queen, Arkansas where she attended school. After attending school, she worked as a beautician. She went on to earn many achievements and certifications such as, a CDL license, heating and air certifications and even became a licensed realtor. She married her loving husband, Alfonso Trejo in 1982, and they later relocated to Lone Star, Texas. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking for all of her loved ones, gardening, family get togethers, and singing and dancing with her sister, Carolyn. Mrs. Trejo was preceded in death by her parents, Gracie Bell and Dallas McLeod and Perry Lee Lloyd; her brothers, Butch and Johnny Wright of De Queen. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Alfonso Trejo; her children, Micki Copeland and husband Jimmy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Kyle Birge of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Kelly Hadley and wife Johnna of Eagletown, Oklahoma, Neil Hadley of Eagletown and one very special child, Edwin Sauceda of Lone Star; one sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Mark Pope of Broken Bow; grandchildren, Jessica Caudle and partner Wendy, Josh Copeland, Justin Pennington, Brittani Baggett and husband James, Chelsea Ross, Hodge Hadley, Mitchel Hadley and wife Brooke and Ledger Hadley; great-grandchildren, Jace Roberts, Alexandra Hadley, Cayden Wise, Tayson Baggett, Ainsleigh Pennington and Rylan Pennington and one great-great-grandchild, Jordan Roberts and a number of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Trejo will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 22, 2022 in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in De Queen with Toney Stowers officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, October 21st at the Wilkerson funeral home in DeQueen.
