Emma Sanchez, 94 of Lone Star was born June 17, 1927 in Mexico to Jose Salazar and Amelia Sanchez. She passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law Ruben Vargas. She is survived by her children Teresita Flores, Guadalupe Alonso, Maria Vargas, Javier Sanches, Filiberto Bautista, Esther Bautista, Elodia Ortiz, and Jackline Mendoza; 30 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. There will be no formal service for Mrs. Sanchez. Arrangements are under the direction of Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home."If tears could build a stairway, and memories were a lane.
