John Leon "Wolfie" Alden Daingerfield- Services for John Leon "Wolfie" Alden, 65 of Daingerfield will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Nail-Haggard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Josh Croswell officiating. Burial will be in the Turkey Creek Cemetery in Hughes Springs.John was born on November 16, 1952 in Los Angeles, Ca. to John William and Ellen Beatrice Alden. He died on Tuesday, February 13, 2018.John was a truck driver for over 40 years and his love for music was known to all. He spent many weekends playing bass guitar in multiple bands.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survived by his wife Sheryl Alden of Daingerfield; children Michael Jon Alden and wife Gina of Redwater, Michelle Alden Bergstressor and husband Bryan of Gilmer, Jim Pearson and wife Jennifer of Hughes Springs, Mike Pearson of Daingerfield, Melinda Pearson Fuquay and husband Sean of Jefferson; brothers Steve Alden of Lake Almanor, Ca. and Tim Alden of Hughes Springs; grandchildren Rody Alden, Brianna Alden, Macy Alden, Allyssah Mayes, Hunter Bergstressor, Jayger Bergstressor, Justin Pearson, Ana Pearson, Jake Pearson, Baylee Welch, Hannah Welch, Taylor Fuquay and Landon Fuquay; great grandson Grant Mayes and several nephews.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 P.M.
