Daingerfield-Mass of Christian Burial for Jan Connor Manna, 82 of Daingerfield will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with Father Frances O'Dowd officiating. Burial will be in Our Lady of The Pines Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Jan was born on November 28, 1936 in Daingerfield to O. W. Connor Jr. and Marguritte Morrison Connor. She died on Friday, May 10, 2019.She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church where she also sang in the Choir. Jan graduated from Daingerfield High School in 1955 and attended University of North Texas. She was a Blue Bird leader, a Camp Fire Girl leader, member of Maia Study Club and an avid bridge player.Jan is survived by her husband of 62 years Don Manna of Daingerfield; daughters Melissa Burke and husband Pat of Daingerfield, Maureen Preston and husband Eric of Commerce; sister Mae McClure of Garland; grandchildren Craig Burke and fiancé Laura Munoz of Austin, Kyle Preston of Commerce, Katie Burke of Austin, Cole Preston and wife Secelia of Commerce; great grandchildren Bella Preston and Dustin Preston of Cooper; numerous nieces and nephews.There will be a Rosary at 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with visitation following till 8 p.m.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFH.com
