Daingerfield-Funeral services for Peggy Jewel Williams, 88 of Daingerfield will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 21, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Lone Star with Bro. Sluggo Norris and Bro Kim Beckham officiating. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Peggy was born on July 2, 1930 in Pittsburg, TX to Ernest Monroe and Dovie Jewel Alexander. She died on June 18, 2019.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lone Star.Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Truitt Williams, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Survived by son Larry Williams and wife Cathy of Lone Star, daughter Trudy Davis and husband Mike of Lone Star, son Lee Williams and wife Luane of Lone Star; grandchildren, Casey Williams and wife Nicole of Center, Chris Williams and wife Courtney of Pittsburg, Kristy Uriarte and husband Ralph of Tyler, Cortney Davis of Lone Star, Jeffrey Williams and wife Krystal of Hallsville, Jessica Williams of Daingerfield, Bryan Mattox of Daingerfield, Brent Mattox of Texarkana; sisters, Patsy McTee of Spring, Blanche Beckham of Decatur, Margaret Baird of Fort Worth and many nieces and nephews.
