  3. My condolences to Mike,Pat,and Joey Howard and their extended families on the loss of their mother, their matriarch, Vicki. My brothers Bruce and Roy and myself grew up with the Howard brothers watched over by Vicki or our mother Joyce. It was a fun time growing up in East Texas of picnics, cookouts, swimming and skiing, scouting, sleepovers, basketball and football and not to forget riding in a cadillac with big fins. Thanks Vicki for making those years the special time that they were. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
