Sybil Irene Parker WaltonServices for Sybil Irene Parker Walton 85, of Daingerfield will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 7, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Daingerfield with Dr. Tim Wade and Bro. Danny Broughton officiating. Burial will be in the Daingerfield Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Sybil was born on March 31, 1933 in Weldon, Texas to William Jeff and Sula Starns Parker. She died on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in Pittsburg.She was a member of First Baptist Church, VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Northeast Texas Water Utility Association and the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Cleo Jenkins and A.D. Walton, brothers Herbert and Charles Parker.Survived by her children Larry and Ede Jenkins of Daingerfield, Bobby and Ann Jenkins of Pittsburg, Kathy Jenkins of Garland, Jimmy Walton of Pittsburg, Robert and Earlene Walton of Daingerfield, Gary and Sue Walton of Whitehouse, Jamie and Paula Walton of Daingerfield; brother James and Louise Parker of Dallas, sister Janette Andrus of Longview; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. I am truly sorry for all the friends and relatives in the loss of Sybil. I never knew her well, but I do know most of her relatives. My condolences to all of them. God bless you.
so sorry to hear this. i remember my mama and daddy being friends with her and her husband way back in the 60’s in lone star. we always had good times. sybil was an awesome lady and friend to my mama…prayers for your family
