J. D. "Dennis" Wallace, JR.Daingerfield- Funeral services for J. D. "Dennis" Wallace, Jr., 72 of Hughes Springs will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Veal Switch Baptist Church with Bro. Butch Shipp officiating. Burial will be in the Veal Switch Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. J D. was born on July 13, 1943 in Daingerfield and died on Monday October 26, 2015 in Hughes Springs.He was a member of Veal Switch Baptist Church and worked as a diesel mechanic for many years.J. D. was preceded in death by his father J. D. Wallace, Sr. and daughter Dena Ann Wallace.Survived by his sons and daughters-in-law Marty and Jasmine Wallace of Hughes Springs, Tad and Debbie Wallace of Daingerfield; mother Ida Wallace of Hughes Springs and sister June Pickens of Greenville; 4 grandchildren Olivia Wallace, Mia Wallace, J. D. Wallace all of Hughes Springs and Whitney Laine Wallace of Daingerfield; several nieces, nephews and cousins.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
