Burial will be in the Daingerfield CemeteryAvis was born on March 18, 1933 to Robert W. Matthews, Sr. and Bessie Mae Tubbs Matthews and died on July 7, 2018.She was a member of First Baptist Church-Cason and a homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting and making quilts. Avis was preceded in death by her parents and husband Raymond Martin. Survived by daughter Glenda Knight of Daingerfield, son and daughter-in-law David and Wanda martin of Daingerfield, daughter DeRenda Beaver of Daingerfield; 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and church family.Family will receive friends from 9 till 10 A.M.
