Friday, December 22, 2017 at the Nail-Haggard Funeral Home Chapel.James was born on October 26, 1946 in Hamilton, Ohio and died on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.He was a veteran of the U S Air Force, worked for many years at Lone Star Steel and retired from Red River Army Depot. James was a Baptist.James was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Ella Eversole and brother David Eversole.Survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Cristy and Ralph Landt of San Antonio and Michelle and James Shields of Denton; 4 sisters, Sandy Fischesser of Ohio, Nancy Sapp of Florida, Alexis McKay of Ohio and Janie Whitton of Tennesse; one brother, John Eversole; and 4 grandchildren, Ashley Landt, Cierra Landt, A. J. Shields and Abigail Shields
