Charles Edward TaylorDaingerfield- Funeral services for Charles Edward Taylor, 89 of Daingerfield will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Dellwood Park Assembly of God Church in Mt. Pleasant with Rev. Justin Taylor and Rev. Jeremy Bockmon officiating. Burial will be in the Bradfield Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Charles was born on October 9, 1926 in Winnsboro, Texas to Rev. Charlie Mathis and Icie Viola Taylor. He died on Saturday, December 5, 2015.He was a member of Dellwood Park Assembly Of God Church, veteran of the U S Army and was an ordained minister and was a pastor at Trinity Bethel Church.Charles was preceded in death by his parents, sister Mildred Livingston and grandson Casey Taylor.Survived by his wife Louise Taylor of Daingerfield; son and daughter-in-law Randy and Linda Taylor of Daingerfield; daughters and sons-in-law Pam and Johnny Bockmon of Daingerfield, Beverly and Jerry Moore of Daingerfield; brothers Cleatus Taylor of Mt. Pleasant and Kenneth Steed of Daingerfield; grandchildren Clay Taylor, Justin Taylor, Wade Bockmon, Jeremy Bockmon, Jonathan Payne, Kandi Greenlee, Annalyn Moore and Jeryn Moore; 9 great grandchildren.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
