Bonnie JonesDaingerfield- Services for Bonnie Jones, 75 of Lone Star will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Lilley's Chapel Church of Christ with Kenny Shaver officiating. Burial will be in the Clark Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Bonnie was born on February 26, 1941 in Jenkins to Alvin Thomas and Edith Esther Byrd. She died on Sunday, June 12, 2016 in Lone Star.Bonnie was a member of Lilley's Chapel Church of Christ and a retired cook.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lewis Harold Jones, son Doug Jones and grandson Derek Jones.Survived by her daughter Linda Huggins of Ft. Worth; sons Lewis Jones, Jr. and wife Sherry of Midlothian, John Alvin Jones of Midlothian, Larry Jones and wife Tina Sparks of Lone Star, and Tony Jones of Lone Star; brothers Chester, Lester, Dois, Loarn and Willie Byrd; sister Edith Sexton; 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 P.M.   2. Bonnie was such a sweet person. I used to baby sit with her and the other kids. She always had a smile and hug for me. Tom Byrd was one of my father’s best childhood friends. Bonnie has a lot of family in Heaven meeting her there. Mr. Tom converted my husband while they lived across the road from us while their new home was being built in 1955.Lots of love to you children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
