Pleasant with Brenda Lucas officiating. Burial will be in the Iron Bluff Cemetery on Lone Star.Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.C. L. was born on December 3, 1925 in Hugo, Ok. and died on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in Mt. Pleasant.He was a member of Bridges Chapel Methodist Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge #101.C. L. was a veteran of the U S Navy and a retired truck driver.He was preceded in death by his wife Cora Belle Hurtt, daughter Georgia Hampton, grand daughter Rachel Hildebrand, brothers Melvin, Louis, Jerry and Ronald Hurtt.Survived by his wife Harriett Hurtt of Mt. Pleasant; son and daughter-in-law Clifton Eugene and Holly Hurtt of Gilmer; step daughter Barbara Kinley of Wyoming, brother Roland Hurtt of Antlers, Ok.; sister Margarett Bryant of Hazel, Tx.; grandchildren Bobby Hampton, Greg Hampton, Jeff Hampton, Gina Ann Dunaway, Kristalyn Khristensen, and William Gene Hurtt; step grandchildren Charo Douglas, Shane Hughes, and Deven Ralke; 11 great grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren.Family will receive friends from 4 till 6 Sunday at the funeral home
