Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.Wayman was born October 26, 1932 to Vess and Pauline Ralls in Nunley, Arkansas and died on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in Ore City.He was retired from the Texas Department of Transportation.Preceded in death by his parents, son Larry Ralls, brother James Ralls and sister Sandy Batoon.Survived by his daughters Connie Price of Ore City, Kim Bailey of Ore City and Debra Johnson of Diana; brother Sonny Ralls of Guestin, Cal.; sister Lottria Isom of Mena, Ark.7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.Family will receive friends from 12:30 till 1:30 Saturday at the funeral home.
