Sunday, October 23, 2011 at the Daingerfield Cemetery with Brother Scott Darby officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Dorothy was born August 27, 1938 in Texarkana and died on October 20, 2011 in Daingerfield.Dorothy was preceded in death by husband, George McCoy & grandson, Cody McCoy. She is survived by sons, George Lawrence & Sara McCoy of Omaha, Lucas & Kathryn McCoy of DeKalb; daughter, Becky & Dwayne Staples of Daingerfield; sister, Barbara & Huck Downs of Texarkana; grandchildren, Luke McCoy, Chad & Ashley McCoy, Brandy & Ray Williams, Skye Staples, Zohn-Luke McCoy, Sam McCoy, Amanda White, Heath Ferrell, Whitney Ferrell; great grand grandchildren, Kolby White, Bayleigh McCoy, Roc Williams, Hunter McGuiness, Graclyn Wright.
