R.A. ROBERT ARTHUR DAVIS Daingerfield - Services R.A. Robert Davis, 70, of Lone Star will be held 2 P.M. Thursday March 3, 2011 at Nail-Haggard Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Hisaw officiating. Burial will be at Iron Bluff Cemetery. Mr. Davis was born October 12, 1940 in Saunook, NC and died February 28, 2011 in Lone Star. He was a member of Church Of Christ, veteran of the US Navy. He retired from Lone Star Steel, served the aged and disabled people in Mesquite and the surrounding areas. He was survived by his wife Patricia Lynn Davis of Lone Star; daughter and son in law,Dana and Brad Stecher Sachse, Tx; son and daughter in law, Rad and Gloria Davis of Lone Star; sister Joan Clair of Omaha and Dawn Kamin of Sugarland; brother GlennEdward Davis of San Francisco; 6 grandchildren; Kaitlyn Stecher, Amber Stecher, Robert Halling Davis, Rali Davis, Phynix Davis, Mydian Rowe and great grandchild Alayna Combest.
