Marilyn was born on July 21, 1954 in Hopewell, Virginia to Curtis and Thelma Barfield.She died Monday, June 23, 2014 in Daingerfield. She was a member of Lilley's Chapel Church of Christ. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.She is survived by her husband Ronny Toland of Daingerfield; children, Lisa Hale of Kilgore, Scott Hale of Denton, Andrew Hale of Dallas, Jonathan Toland of Daingerfield, Michael Toland of Daingerfield, Teresa Toland of Hughes Springs ; sisters; Janet Tokash of Wylie, Paige Eldridge of Ore City; brothers; Ervin Willis of Oakdale, La., Wayne Barfield of Lafayette, La., Gerald Barfield of Marshall, Dean Barfield of Jefferson, David Shuler of Marshall and 5 grandchildrenDonations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
