  8. To the Pratt Family,I am so sad to hear of the passing of Coach Pratt. He was my bus driver, coach and friend. I was visiting with him at a high school football game after I graduated from Daingerfield in 1957, and he asked me what I was going to major in at Kilgore Jr College. He was always interested in his former students. I told him I was not sure and he suggested that I go talk to Dr Bradley in Hughes Springs. After a visit with Dr Bradley I decided to go to dental school. So Coach Pratt is responsible for that. He will always be a special person and I will never forget him.God Bless.Tom White class of 57

To Jerry, Anna, Jan, Kelly, Wendy & the Extended Pratt Family; with deepest regrets and condolences & abiding respect. Judge Pratt served his God, Family, Community and Country with great distinction. We were fortunate enough to know Judge Pratt from our time at Daingerfield High School and when he was County Judge of Morris County. He was a wonderful Human Being; a highly principled Gentleman, a great Educator and an excellent Judge. No matter your station in life, Judge Pratt was always interested in you and your family; and displayed a genuine interest in having a positive impact on the lives of every person that he interacted with. We can only aspire to live up to the example that he set forth for us. May God Bless You All now and in the difficult days ahead. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die…. Respectfully Submitted with Love….
