Guestbook

  1. Richard & Mickismith Smiyh says:

We consider it a blessing to have known such an incredible lady

  2. Aunt Merlene was one of my favorites, she always made me laugh and I knew she loved me. My mother Mac (Asa Fern to some) always held a special place in her heart for Merlene – they could sit, talk and smoke together for hours. We will miss her.Love, Cheryl and Aunt Mac

  3. Carmen Curry Bennett says:

My love and prayers go out to Merleen’s family at this time. I was a classmate of hers in the 1957 class at DHS. I will always remember her friendly and outgoing personality. May the Lord bless each of you.In Christ,Carmen Curry Bennett

  4. Lorri, Shelly and Lana, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom, grandmother fought a long hard battle. Now, she is rejoicing with the Lord in heaven and singing with the angels. No more pain or suffering. She loved her daughters, son, sisters and brothers to the moon and back just as they loved her. Her granddaughter and great grandchildren were the apples of her eye. Toward the end, she was surrounded with all her loved ones that gave her love, peace, gentleness and kindness. She didn’t ask for much in life, but yet you fulfilled her spoken and unspoken wishes. Please stay close to each other because that is what she would have wanted. Keep your faith in God and he will give you the strength to carry on.

  5. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
