Mary Ida AllenDaingerfield - Funeral services for Mary Ida Allen, 83, of Daingerfield, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2012 at Daingerfield Church of Christ with Norman Miller and Tim Gibbs officiating. Burial will be at Clark Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Mary was born April 9, 1929 in Omaha, Texas and died Wednesday, November 14, 2012 in Hughes Springs.She was a member of Daingerfield Church of Christ and The Ladies Book Club.She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyal Robert Allen, grandson, Phillip Warden, great-granddaughter, Anna Clair Wright, brother, Danny Johnson, and sister, Gwen Doss.Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Vickie Warden of Daingerfield, Janis & Jackie Terrell of Daingerfield, sons and daughters-in-law, David R & Dee Ann Allen of Van, Texas and Michael C & Donna Allen of Gilmer, Texas, sisters Viva Ann Stokes of Verisailes, Mississippi, Linda Joyce Collins of Bryan, Texas and Marsha Sancez of DeSoto, Texas and brother Ladell Johnson of Houston, Texas, nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.Family will receive friends from 6:00 'til 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.Online condolences may be made at Nail-HaggardFH.com
