Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I always enjoyed our meetings at Denise and Chris’s house. She was quite a lady.
I’ve missed running into her at Brookshire’s the last few years.
She will be definitely missed and not ever forgotten. I bet she’s getting caught up with family members.
Hey Sarah, tell Ms I. C hi for me and that I still have the little blue rubber convertible car she gave me.

  2. I am so sorry. I loved her. I admired how she continued to serve the Lord in so many ways — such as baking her delicious bread for church fundraisers — until illness stopped her. A true Proverbs 31 woman. Prayers for her family and friends.

  3. Rebecca Kennedy Terrell says:

So sorry for your loss. Fond memories of going to church with your Mom. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time.

  4. To the Extended Family of Mrs. Sarah Ann Truitt, with deepest regrets and condolences…..

I was fortunate enough to know Mrs. Truitt from South Union Missionary Baptist Church, and her years at Irvin Enterprises.

She was quite the genteel Lady and a Good And Faithful Servant of The Lord…..

We can all only aspire to be as faithful to the Lord as Mrs. Sarah was.

I am sorry to have lost contact with her because of my work travels and the location of my residence…….

May God Bleed You All now and in the difficult days ahead.

Submitted with love and the greatest respect,

    Matthew Lanagan
    Little Rock, Arkansas

  5. Tony and Denise, I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet mom. I will always remember her unwavering faith and kindness. She provided a wonderful example of a Godly woman to all of us who grew up at South Union, and our lives are far richer for knowing her. My heart is full of love for you and your family, and prayers will continue in the days ahead.
